Location: Fort Worth, TX- hybrid/remote flexibility Job Description: Our client is seeking a National Sales Director who will be responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities in Texas (North Texas, East Texas, and West Texas), New Mexico, Colorado, and Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in selling to the industrial and manufacturing sectors. The National Sales Director will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and play a critical role in driving new customer acquisitions and contributing to the growth of the company. Responsibilities: Heavy emphasis on net new business by outbound prospecting activities including, hunting for new business opportunities Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers. Offer customized solutions to meet their specific needs. Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing. Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward revenue goals. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and ensure their safety footwear needs are met through high-quality services.
