Our client is expanding and seeking a dynamic selling Sales Manager to join their growing team. This key role requires a leader who is an innovator, motivator, and energizer, with a relentless drive to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results.
As a hands-on leader, the selling Sales Manager will lead by example and through demonstration to meet and exceed company revenue goals and objectives. S/he will be responsible for setting a sales strategy, building out a sales team, and leading this team to achieve communicated goals. The Sales Manager will initially manage two Sales Representatives, with plans to expand the team to four by 2025/2026.
