Job Description

Our client is expanding and seeking a dynamic selling Sales Manager to join their growing team. This key role requires a leader who is an innovator, motivator, and energizer, with a relentless drive to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results.

 

As a hands-on leader, the selling Sales Manager will lead by example and through demonstration to meet and exceed company revenue goals and objectives. S/he will be responsible for setting a sales strategy, building out a sales team, and leading this team to achieve communicated goals. The Sales Manager will initially manage two Sales Representatives, with plans to expand the team to four by 2025/2026.

 

Responsibilities

  • Heavy emphasis on net new business by prospecting, hunting for new business opportunities by utilizing (Referrals, inbound leads, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, warm/cold emails & phone calls, in-person visits, networking, etc.)
  • Sales personnel will continue to manage the relationship/account to ensure successful delivery of SOP.
  • Lead and develop your team as a core contributor to growth.
  • Make recommendations to Management regarding effective sales methods and techniques.
  • Daily/weekly cold calling and strategically scheduled dials will be required to establish new business opportunities within a defined geographic territory.
  • Schedule appointments with new and existing customers to review products and services that can be provided by WBS.
