Location: Eden Prairie, MN- Twin Cities area preferred- Hybrid/Remote role

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a driven, high-energy sales hunter to open doors and create new revenue. You’ll focus on breaking into net-new accounts through strategic, high touch outreach and thoughtful relationship-building across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and referrals. You’ll get on-the-job training, learning company solutions and practicing modern prospecting so you can grow into a top-performing sales professional. Along the way, you’ll handle core sales administration (scheduling, notes, CRM admin, follow-ups) that keeps the go-to market engine running smoothly.

Responsibilities:


  • Act as a pure hunter who thrives at the top of the funnel—researching accounts, identifying decision-makers, crafting personalized outreach, and opening new conversations within mid-market enterprises.

  • Acting as a customer advocate throughout the pipeline.

  • Monitoring opportunities in the CRM to ensure progress toward close

  • Schedule and attend initial qualification meetings.

  • Partner closely with Marketing to refine target lists, align outbound campaigns, and relay market feedback and messaging insights.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base = $60k

  • Variable Compensation: $30k-$50k

  • Projected Year One Earnings: $90k - $110k+
