Position Overview:

• A multi-generational and vertically integrated Berry Grower/Packer/Shipper in California is in growth-mode.
• This role will manage existing accounts and develop opportunities for new customers.
• The sales focus for this role is all non-strawberry berry categories. (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
• Our client has a great reputation within the industry, has a full berry offering and is established with most retailers.
• The berry categories comprise of both conventional and organic offerings with multiple growing regions throughout North America for 52-week availability.
• This opportunity is located within the California Central Coast, with relocation assistance available.

Required Experience & Qualifications Include:

• Previous sales experience in the berry categories is strongly preferred. (The more variety the better)
• Strategic ability in account management with a focus on growing profitable sales for both the customer and organization.
• Successful sales track record, preferably with a volume of $10 million plus.
• College degree (B.A. /B.S.) in related fields of study preferred or relevant job history.
• Salary range will depend on experience. ($75,000 - $150,000)
