Citrus Sales

Position Overview: 

• A global leader in fresh produce seeks an accomplished Salesperson for their expanding team.
• This role will spearhead retail sales efforts (both programs and FOB) for Citrus and other deciduous fruits.
• Our client is a year-round supplier for their categories and is highly regarded among retailers.
• This organization has a very strong brand, product line and industry reputation.
• This company is vertically integrated, with a state-of-the-art infrastructure and global partners.
• This role is based in Florida. (with relocation assistance available).

Required Experience & Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of produce sales experience is required. (Citrus or Grape experience is welcomed)
• Strong experience/established relationships with retail customers.
• Knowledge of international fruit growing regions, quality characteristics and issues, shelf life, shipping & handling characteristics, import supply chain, pack styles would be very valuable, but our client is prepared to train the right sales talent.
  
• College degree (B.A. /B.S.) in related fields of study preferred or relevant professional experience.
