This role will drive brand positioning, lead generation, stakeholder influence, and market education — across digital platforms, physical farm engagement, and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for shaping how the Company is perceived across farmers, dealers, industry partners, and global media.
 Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Communications
- Lead all internal and external communication, ensuring consistent, aligned, and high-impact messaging across every channel.
- Develop monthly or quarterly company newsletters for customers, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, agronomy, and leadership teams to build and publish case studies, whitepapers, success stories, and performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, content alignment, and co-marketing initiatives with industry stakeholders — including OEMs, input manufacturers, research institutions, and strategic partners.
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
- Lead and optimize sponsored digital campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels to drive measurable demand and ROI.
- Own performance analytics, funnel optimization, and continuous A/B testing strategies.
- Oversee and evolve the company’s SEO/SEM strategy.
Social Media & Brand Voice
- Own all social media activities and positioning across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Define thought leadership and educational content strategy, posting cadence, and engagement frameworks.
- Monitor industry trends and ensure the company leads the precision spraying conversation globally.
Media Relations & PR
- Serve as the primary interface with media, analysts, and industry publications.
- Drive proactive storytelling, secure coverage, manage reactive responses, and support executive visibility.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with influential ag-tech journalists and editors.
Farm Shows & Events
- Lead planning, strategy, logistics, and execution of farm shows and field events.
- Ensure best-in-class physical brand presence and sales activation alignment.
- Track impact, continuously optimize experience and investment strategy.
Web & Content Infrastructure
- Own and maintain the company website — from UX, product updates, FAQ, and lead capture infrastructure.
- Ensure site always reflects product evolution, positioning clarity, and highest-performing conversion flow.
Qualifications:
- Highly self-sufficient, independent, and execution-driven — able to take full ownership and deliver results without constant oversight.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in agriculture or agtech.
- Proven experience owning digital marketing, communications, and go-to-market content strategy.
- Strong communication and storytelling instincts — confident interacting with media, partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing farm shows, field activations, and/or dealer ecosystem marketing is a major plus.
- Combination of strategic brand building and hands-on, execution-driven mentality.
