We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help us grow our customer base and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. A passion for food and fresh ingredients is essential in this role. Experience in the culinary world, especially with hands-on chef experience or close work with kitchen teams, is highly valued.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, grocers, caterers & institutions
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate new leads
- Convert prospects into long-term customers
- Manage daily orders with accuracy & professionalism
- Hit and exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Work closely with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales experience (produce, foodservice, or hospitality preferred)
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
- Knowledge of fruits, vegetables, seasonality, and pricing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with the Westchester market is a plus
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000
- Commission: To be discussed and evaluated based on experience
- Health Insurance: Eligibility included
- 401(k) Plan: Eligible after 6 months, with company match (subject to plan terms)
