Job Responsibilities

  • Grow sales and profit margins continuously to meet established sales and margin goals.
  • Generate new leads, set up new customer accounts, and maintain accounts through follow-up and ensuring satisfactory products.
  • Build additional business with current customers through product penetration to maximize the profitability of individual accounts.
  • Working closely with logistics and support staff to ensure excellence in customer service, contract execution, inventory management, stock ageing, rejections, debtors, and vendor payables.
  • Participate in setting pricing for sales team.
  • Have basic market knowledge of the industry in order to assist in decision making.
  • Attend several national trade shows throughout the year.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills (in person, via phone, and/or email).
  • A minimum of 5 years’ produce experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales and/or related degree.
  • Bilingual (in any language) is preferred but not required.


Pay Offered/Benefits

  • $175,000-$230,00 annual salary DOE
