We’re seeking a Grower Success Manager to partner with growers, transforming data into actionable insights and insights into tangible results. In this role, you’ll combine your knowledge of agriculture and data analytics with the company’s cutting-edge technology to help farmers overcome their unique challenges, optimize operations, and turn their data into a competitive edge. Your mission is to deeply understand each grower’s needs and challenges, and combine that knowledge with the data collected by the company’s platform to create meaningful, tailored insights. By translating information into clear, practical recommendations, you will help growers make better decisions, optimize their operations, and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with growers.
  • Understand each grower’s specific objectives, challenges, and operational context.
  • Integrate platform data with this knowledge to deliver actionable insights and personalized recommendations.
  • Prepare and present ongoing actionable reports that clearly demonstrate value and impact.
  • Ensure growers fully leverage the platform’s tools to reach their goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to align on grower needs and represent the customer voice internally.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to connect insights to grower-specific challenges.
  • Experience with AI tools, familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Microsoft BI), and familiarity with GIS is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in the agricultural industry.
  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable with both one-on-one and group presentations.
  • Degree in Plant Science, Agronomy, or related discipline preferred.
  • Spanish language skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.



Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE
