We are seeking a General Manager to join our executive leadership team and lead all aspects of our U.S. operations.
Position Summary
As a C-level leader, the General Manager will oversee and scale all day-to-day operations in the U.S., including Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and HR. This role is critical to executing our U.S. strategy, driving performance, and delivering a world-class customer experience.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the executive team, this role requires a strong operator and builder with a track record of scaling fast-growing teams and businesses—preferably in agtech, agricultural equipment, or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as a core member of the executive team, shaping company-wide strategic direction
- Own the execution of the company’s commercial and operational strategy in the U.S.
- Represent the company with customers, partners, and at industry events
Operations
- Lead and optimize day-to-day operations: logistics, supply chain, installations, and field support
- Ensure operational efficiency, service reliability, and cost control across all regions
- Build scalable processes and infrastructure for national growth
Sales & Customer Success
- Oversee U.S. sales strategy, team performance, and GTM execution across key channels (farmers, ag-retailers, OEMs)
- Ensure exceptional onboarding, support, and retention of customers
- Partner with the Customer Success team to maximize satisfaction and lifetime value
People & Culture (HR)
- Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across multiple U.S. regions
- Foster a strong company culture rooted in accountability, ownership, and results
- Work with HR on recruiting, training, compensation, and performance management
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including GM or equivalent P&L ownership
- Highly accountable, hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in execution
- Proven success scaling business operations and teams in agtech, precision ag, or related sectors
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams (Ops, Sales, CS, HR) across geographies
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and operational execution skills
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities
- Experience in high-growth, venture-backed companies strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel 30–50% within the U.S.
