Key Responsibilities:

1. Protocol Development & Testing:

• Design and implement protocols for spray coverage and deposition testing to ensure precision in various agricultural settings.
• Coordinate logistics for field testing, including working with machine operators and handling chemical applications.
• Develop and execute chemistry efficacy testing to verify optimal performance across different environments.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to test and validate new features or system versions.

2. Client Engagement & Success Management:

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring seamless product adoption and maximizing field efficacy.
• Provide expert consultation on best practices, including nozzle type selection, chemical compatibility, and GPA (gallons per acre) optimization.
• Lead preseason and postseason client meetings to review outcomes, gather feedback, and plan for future applications.
• Channel client feedback and requests to the product team, ensuring continuous improvement of our technology.

3. Technical Documentation:

• Work closely with the team to create clear, comprehensive instructions for clients on effectively using our selective spray system.

4. Training & Support:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients, covering all aspects of our technology, including optimal usage strategies and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and instructional materials to support client education and ease of use.
• Support clients in achieving their goals by offering expert advice on system setup, configuration, and field operations.

Qualifications:

• Solid background in weed science, agronomy, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in conducting field trials with a strong understanding of herbicide application.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients effectively.
• Self-driven and passionate about pushing the boundaries of sustainable agriculture through cutting-edge technology.
