Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our footprint with retail chains, wholesalers, and independent grocers nationwide.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, category managers, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the region and collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive position.
  • Track key sales metrics, forecast performance, and deliver regular reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our premium product lines and strengthen brand awareness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in the produce industry
  • Strong understanding of retail produce buying cycles, quality standards, and seasonal supply dynamics.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with retail supply chains, packing/repacking, and inventory planning.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and passionate about fresh produce and retail growth.
  • Experience in produce procurement/sourcing.
  • Famous Software experience preferred.
