An established produce company is seeking a broker/salesperson with a book of business that could transition their business. This candidate would have established business / customers with good credit ratings. This position could be in remote location will provide health benefits and 401K. Open to specialized business or deals in numerous commodities.

Requirements:

• Sales experience and knowledge in the produce industry
• Solid reputation with suppliers and growers.
• Existing customers base with a history of good credit
• Strong customer service skills and excellent work ethic
• Company and Team focused.
• Strong Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Detailed oriented
• Quick learner, a logical thinker and team-oriented
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Highly personable with the ability to quickly build relationships
• Excellent follow-up skill
