Position Overview:

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic growth across both existing and untapped channels. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who knows how to navigate the frozen novelties space and bring game-changing deals to the table. You're not just here to manage accounts—you’re here to open doors, build lasting relationships, and help shape the future of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development across multiple channels, including retail, foodservice and more
  • Leverage your network in frozen novelties to drive placement and partnerships across national and regional accounts.
  • Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with major distributors, buyers, and retail chains.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and innovation teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to help shape product development and strategic direction.
  • Track performance, forecast growth, and report KPIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • A proven hunter with deep experience in frozen novelties or related CPG categories.
  • 7+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in frozen or refrigerated CPG.
  • Strong relationships across key buying groups in retail and foodservice.
  • Track record of launching new products and securing national or multi-regional distribution.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
