A well-established produce distributer is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Supply/Demand Planner to join their team based in Miami. This position will oversee the day-to-day execution of their most important retail programs. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination across purchasing, sales support, logistics, operations, and quality.

You will act as the internal “glue” that ensures alignment and flawless execution of client programs while escalating strategic decisions to the CEO and CFO. The ideal candidate has experience in produce and CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.

Requirements/Experience Needed

1. 3+ years of experience in produce, sales along with food service and retail programs
2. Proven experience coordinating across multiple departments
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and follow-up discipline
5. Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data
6. Experience with ERP systems a plus (e.g., Famous, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)
