We seek a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director who wants to drive the sales of our unique innovation: an inorganic static binder soil. Proven to provide a long-term increase in moisture and nutrient retention, helping golf course and luxury landscape superintendents to overcome the growing challenges of droughts, water price inflation and scarcity, soil degradation, and related labor challenges by enabling resilient, sustainable, and profitable soil health in the U.S. Southwest. In this role, you will have responsibility for direct client coverage and mentoring less experienced representatives as we expand our sales force. Further, you will work with the team of scientists, researchers, and management to create successful customer interactions and build the brand throughout the region. Available territories are Southern California and Northern Mojave/Las Vegas.
By improving chemical and structural characteristics of low-quality soils, the product has demonstrated water savings of up to 50% in the US and the Middle East, with typical savings in the range of 25-35%. Through this technology, superintendents are able to extend the interval between irrigation events while irrigating at lower volumes— saving water and energy while drastically reducing input costs. Additional advantages have been shown in reduced demand for hand-watering and wetting agents, enabling superintendents to reallocate critical man-hours to other projects.
You will be part of the innovative and exciting landscape and ag-tech solution, as we build the foundation to transition from a start-up to a scale-up in the American Southwest.
