ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plant Manager is completely responsible for the successful operation of the facility; will develop and execute plans to ensure the facility is of reasonable profit; and will accomplish all objectives through planning, motivating, and coordinating activities of all departments.
- Directing supervisors and oversee 100+ employees in the facility. Manage all packing operations, quality control, personal and maintenance.
- Manage and Review Production data daily, and daily costs
- Responsible for overall facility operation, function, and appearance.
- Manage employees’ schedules and communicate daily with your supervisors
- Ensure department supervisors are training and supervising employees for optimum effectiveness.
- Follow up on any employee issue, enforce company rules, communicate policies and procedures to all employees and ensure they are understood and followed.
- Provide positive leadership to build employee morale
- Compile weekly inventory carton, packing counts and establish reorder points
- Maintain the operation and upkeep of packing equipment and monitor and safeguard company assets (i.e. company vehicles, inventory, and equipment).
- Assist with the sanitation operations and the shop operations
- Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect business operations.
OTHER DUTIES:
- Ability to work weekends
- Must maintain flexible schedule
- Must be able to handle job stress and interact well with others
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Any Other duties as assigned
- Follow all food safety company rules and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Excellent written and verbal English/Spanish language skills
- Excellent organizational skills, including establishment of priorities and commitment to deadlines.
- Good understanding of Microsoft and outlook is required.

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE
