JOB SUMMARY
Sales Representative sources new leads and provides excellent service to existing customers. Both anticipates and follows through on customer needs. Sells products that customers want and need, and seeks to grow existing customer base to buy selling further product lines. Manages customer issues and accurately enters all data into GoPure software system.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Remain in consistent contact with customers
- Successfully executes sales goals
- Source and land new customer accounts
- Upsell existing customers new product lines
- Reinvigorate stale accounts
- Communicate with buyers to meet client needs
- Accurately enter all Purchase and Sales Order data into GoPure
- Double check all work to ensure profitability on every transaction
- Track transportation for customers
- Thoroughly address and manage all customer complaints in a timely manner
- Represent the Company in a cordial and professional manager
- Organize system to track customer needs and progress
- Meet with General Manager and/or President to ensure sales goals are met
- Must work independently and be a self-starter
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; High School diploma required
- 5+ years previous sales experience required
- Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Enjoys and solving problems
- Self-starter
- Independent
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ABILITIES
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Frequently required to sit and climb or balance
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
- Specific hearing abilities required for this job include adequate hearing over a loud work environment in which several pieces of machinery are frequently running including pallet jacks, large shipping vehicles, motors, engines, etc.
- Frequently required to type and talk on the phone

HOURS
Monday through Friday TBD
Field sales calls on weekends as needed
Hours subject to change depending upon workload, but workweek will remain at or around 40 hours. In certain instances overtime may be required, as well as weekend hours.
