An established fresh produce distributor is seeking a new Sales Manager to join their team 
based in Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience within the foodservice and wholesale channels. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the sales team, ensuring revenue growth through customer acquisition, retention, and business expansion. The mission is to design and implement effective sales strategies to strengthen company’s presence in the fresh and perishable products market while identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative product offerings to meet market demands.

 Experience/Requirements Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or  a related field. 
- Five or more years of experience in sales, preferably in the fresh or perishable  products industry. 
- Experience leading sales teams and managing B2B clients. 
- Background in business development, product innovation, or market expansion  strategies is a plus. 
- Strong negotiation and closing skills. 
- Strategic thinking and results-driven mindset. 
- Leadership and team development abilities.
