Position Summary

Thrive Farmers is seeking a part-time Hospitality & Events Associate to help cultivate a professional, engaging, and well-organized environment at its Roswell headquarters. This role plays a key part in coordinating on-site hospitality, supporting internal and external events, and maintaining the overall quality and presentation of office and guest-facing spaces.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys creating memorable experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in office coordination, events, hospitality, or facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Guest Experience Coordination

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to support internal team events, meetings, and high-profile guest visits.

  • Coordinate logistics for on-site hospitality, including batch coffee preparation, snack displays, catered meals, and conference room setups.

  • Ensure conference and meeting rooms are consistently prepped, refreshed, and guest-ready.

  • Collaborate with Account Management and executive teams to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.

Hospitality Operations (Coffee Bar & Beverage Stations)

  • Manage and maintain all coffee and beverage stations throughout the office.

  • Oversee daily and weekly care of espresso machines and brewing equipment.

  • Coordinate replenishment of essential items: beverages, condiments, and supplies.

  • Ensure towel service and vendor relationships (e.g., Alsco) are maintained with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Track and schedule preventative equipment servicing as needed.

Workplace Experience & Office Environment

  • Order and organize snacks, beverages, and other hospitality supplies for shared spaces.
  • Monitor office presentation and cleanliness to ensure a polished and welcoming environment.

  • Assist with internal communication related to office hospitality and event scheduling.

Office & Facilities Coordination

  • Support inventory tracking and ordering for office and kitchen supplies.

  • Partner with facilities vendors (cleaning services, maintenance providers) to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain light facility standards, such as refilling paper goods and monitoring restroom supplies as part of broader space upkeep.

  • Assist with incoming packages, mail sorting, and general office logistics.

Innovation Lab Support (Beverage Testing & Setup)

  • Support the company’s Innovation Lab by preparing sample beverages and maintaining lab equipment (e.g., Crathco, Eversys).

  • Conduct daily temperature checks on cold brew and teas to ensure quality.

  • Contribute to product testing for internal team or client experiences as directed.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, facilities, or event planning.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Enjoys working in guest-facing environments with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality hospitality experiences.

  • Ability to lift to 30 lbs and work in environments without AC or heat (when necessary).
