As the Director of Restaurant Operations, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight, operational management, and overall success of our multiple restaurant outlets. This role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in managing multiple restaurants, strong business acumen, and a passion for excellence in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring consistent adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Implement training and development programs to enhance team performance.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness. Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain operational standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple restaurant outlets.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, including cost control.
  • Guest Focused: Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex operational challenges effectively.
