We will do HUGE volume ($25,000,000+) in an upscale environment consisting of Food (Oysters, Caviar, as well as sliders, flatbreads etc.), Beverage (unique cocktails) and a global, technologically driven interactive activity.
You will be responsible for P&L, training, leading a team of managers and hourlies...
