This Turn2 client, a hybrid SaaS company, is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive CRM solution design, guide development strategy, and mentor a team of engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role, not full-time coding, but deeply involved in building, architecting, and scaling CRM and integration systems that power enterprise operations.

What You’ll Do:
Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce and MuleSoft initiatives—balancing hands-on development with architectural guidance.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, ensuring code quality, solution alignment, and skills growth.
Contribute to system integrations, data flows, and automation between core platforms and services.
Partner with IT leadership to align platform roadmaps with enterprise goals.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on technical work (primarily Apex and MuleSoft integrations).
Support certification growth and technical excellence across the team.
What You Bring:
Salesforce Developer (Dev 1) certification required; additional certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Developer) preferred.
Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, including building and maintaining complex integrations.
Ability to serve as a strategic thought partner while remaining grounded in implementation details.
Strong communication skills and a track record of technical mentorship or team leadership.

Location & Flexibility:
