Title: Architectural Sales Executive
Location: Remote: You must reside in the Houston, TX area
Pay Range: $100K - $125K Guaranteed 1st Year (Base Salary + Commissions, uncapped plan)
Our client has a 30-year history in high end building materials and has experienced double digit growth YoY for the last 5 years. Continuing their growth, they are looking to add someone to the Houston market.

- 30+ Years in Business, Distribution of Premium and Luxury Interior Building Materials
- Primarily servicing commercial space; hospitality, multifamily (high end), medical offices, etc.
- Privately Held - 200+ employees and growing each year.
- Sales Leadership brings several decades of experience growing business with some of the top building material companies in the US.
Position Summary
- Develop new and maintains existing relationships with the Architectural and Design Firms.
- Engage prospective clients in territory to increase business utilizing methods including, but not limited to, lead generation/nurturing, cold calling, lunch and learns, trade shows, in-person meeting, and hosting social gatherings and presentations
- Effectively convey design concepts and proposals to clients
- Collaborate and communicate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills/Requirements
- Must have 2+ years' experience calling on A&D channel.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
- General understanding of construction industry
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years' relevant sales experience.
