A fast-growing, global medical technology company is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join its U.S. sales team. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding business within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) across the Midwest region (KS, MO, NE, SD, ND).

What You’ll Do

  • Drive competitive conversions within target IDNs, partnering with field sales and sales leadership
  • Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships at the corporate and facility levels
  • Develop IDN-specific account plans to identify growth opportunities, including bundled offerings
  • Lead regular business reviews with assigned IDNs
  • Support and educate sales teams on IDN engagement best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience, ideally with IDN or GPO exposure
  • Strong knowledge of the capital equipment sales cycle
  • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to develop strategic account roadmaps
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

*Compensation package includes $120k base, $140k bonus potential, auto allowance, and great benefits!

 

Compensation Type: Salary + Commission

Travel Percentage: 50%
