Upscale, High-Volume Executive Chef
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Executive Chef who is well versed in elevated, high-volume dining to lead our amazing team.
Candidates must haves:
Minimum of 3 years in an EC role or similar
Minimum of 5 years in upscale/fine dining
Versed in P&L, costing, budgeting, forecasting
Experienced in a high-volume environment of 8mil +
A proven leader that is culture builder
