As a Regional Account Manager, you’ll manage a multi-state territory, partnering directly with eye care providers and staff. From in-office training and education to territory development and industry events, you’ll be driving both business growth and patient impact. Unlike pharma, this is a true consultative sale—no insurance paperwork, just meaningful partnerships that deliver results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience within the optometry industry
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality and proven success growing a territory
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, in-person and virtual
  • Tech savvy (CRM, MS Office, analytics tools)
  • Valid driver’s license; able to travel regionally with limited overnights

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

  • $80K-$85K base + $40k OTE variable
  • Full benefits package + 401k match
  • Mileage reimbursement + cell allowance
  • Remote role with limited overnight travel

 

 

 

Compensation Type: Salary + Commission

Travel Percentage: 25%
